Our Mission
Our mission is to use canine scent detection to develop a non-invasive way of screening for cancer and other life threatening diseases. We will deliver cost effective, scalable testing for the early detection of cancer, arming patients with the best opportunity for eradicating the disease.

MIKE MOORE
Mr. Moore has over 20 years of business and corporate development experience with technology start-ups. Most recently, he was a co-founder of peerVue, Inc. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched multiple ventures, secured critical investments, and led companies through strategic exits, driving growth and shareholder value.
KYLE LAWTON
Mr. Lawton has over 20 years of healthcare experience. Before joining BioScent, he was co-founder of peerVue, Inc., which was acquired by McKesson in 2012. A visionary leader with strong marketing skills, he has consistently driven innovative solutions in the healthcare space, successfully positioning companies for growth and acquisition.
JIM VON DER HEYDT
Mr, von der Heydt is a Principal at Warson Capital Partners with a strong background in strategic planning and corporate leadership. He leads InnoVentures, a consulting firm, and previously held executive roles at Ralston Purina. He holds degrees from Drake University and Northwestern University.
JIM BRIGHAM
Mr. Brigham is a Partner at Warson Capital Partners, specializing in finance and strategic planning in healthcare. He started his career at J.P Morgan and served as Budget Director for the City of New York and Chairman of the NYC Public Development under Mayor Edward I. Koch. Jim holds degrees from Duke University and the University of Chicago.
